It’s Clay Court Season!
To open our outdoor season, we will be running a “modified” Camp and Open Training Week beginning Monday, April 20th. The schedule will clearly show the days and times your Group will have the opportunity to get your feet on the clay for the first time this year!
In an effort to not disrupt your present schedule, we have managed to keep at least your DAYS consistent with your indoor training, as well as MOST OF YOUR TIMES. Some of your training times may be slightly different (later or earlier) but we have done our best to keep these as close to what you had, as possible.
Camp Training – will be where one of our team coaches will be putting some drills, exercises and games in place, as they monitor a couple of courts at once. The players will have the opportunity to demonstrate what they have learned in their indoor training as far as maturity, time management, proper warm up and practice habits. Expectations are there but the focus of the Camp Training is to have fun, get your shoes dirty and interact with your friends.
Open Training – will be where the specified group has the courts to do with as they please. The team coaches will be present but perhaps focusing on another group at the same time, on another court. While the coaches won’t ignore you, they won’t be directly on your court, as we ask you to be as productive as possible, having fun in a more “loose and open” setting for your first week outside.
OUR FIRST OFFICIAL TRAINING WEEK OF THE 2015 OUTDOOR SEASON WILL BEGIN ON APRIL 27TH, WITH A NEW TRAINING SCHEDULE AND PROGRAM TO BE RELEASED IN THE UPCOMING FEW DAYS.
